Smiley The Avalanche Rescue Dog

Dogs like Smiley are put through intense training to learn how to use their sense of smell to locate people who've been buried in the snow. They can be invaluable in very dangerous situations. I don't know about you, but if I was trapped under several feet of snow, I'd be mighty glad to see a face like Smiley's come to the rescue.
